Today is my first day not on a diet. I started the drops on the day before New Year’s Eve, starting the low cal plan on the 1st day of January. As of February 8th I had lost a total of 28-1/2 pounds and I have maintained it for 3 weeks. Today I had a light English muffin with a smidgen (less than a tablespoon) of reduced fat peanut butter and I feel fabulous. Can’t wait for the nice weather to show it off.
